HBO Max, com 12 estatuetas, Netflix (6), Star+ (5), Apple TV+ (4) e Disney+ 3) foram os vencedores do Emmy 2022, anunciados nesta segunda-feira em Los Angeles. Quase todos os indicados nas mais de 30 categorias estão disponíveis no Brasil através das plataformas de streaming, o que permite ao assinante navegar pelo melhor da atual produção americana de séries.
O Emmy equivale para as séries ao que representa o Oscar no cinema. Não por acaso, algumas das produções premiadas nesta da 74ª edição – como Round 6, Euphoria e The White Lotus – estão entre as de maior audiência este ano. E quase todas estão no roteiro HT Streaming, produzido pelo crítico PAULO GUSTAVO PEREIRA e atualizado duas vezes por mês, que já soma mais de 430 resenhas.
Sucessos mais recentes como O Senhor dos Anéis (HBO Max) e a nova temporada de Stranger Things (Netflix) não chegaram a tempo de concorrerem este ano.
Embora com maior número de indicações (25), a série Succession (foto), da HBO Max, conquistou apenas três estatuetas, menos que The White Lotus (HBO), que ficou com cinco troféus, e Ted Lasso (Apple), com quatro.
