Mais ainda: entre os demitidos est\u00e3o os integrantes da equipe respons\u00e1vel pelos conte\u00fados que os assinantes recebem toda semana, inclusive a todo-poderosa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meioemensagem.com.br\/midia\/por-que-a-netflix-demitiu-bela-bajaria\"><strong>Bela Bajaria<\/strong><\/a>, que tinha o cargo de CCO (<em>Chief Content Officer<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Muita mudan\u00e7a de uma vez s\u00f3 para uma empresa que at\u00e9 outro dia era l\u00edder absoluta em seu segmento. Na verdade, a Netflix est\u00e1 tentando mudar seu modelo de neg\u00f3cio, baseado em conquistar cada vez mais assinantes, que parece esgotado diante de tantas concorrentes. Isso significa menos gente querendo o servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das explica\u00e7\u00f5es mais citadas \u00e9 a queda na qualidade dos conte\u00fados. Faz tempo, por exemplo, que a Netflix n\u00e3o emplaca um hit mundial como <strong>Stranger Things<\/strong> ou <strong>Casa de Papel<\/strong>. Para o lugar de Bajaria, foi contratado Peter Rice, ex-executivo da Disney, o que \u00e9 entendido pelo mercado como uma virada na estrat\u00e9gia de produzir grande quantidade de t\u00edtulos para focar em poucas produ\u00e7\u00f5es de prest\u00edgio.<\/p>\n<p>Em seu balan\u00e7o, a Netflix anunciou que o crescimento no \u00faltimo trimestre foi inferior ao esperado, assim como a receita vinda da publicidade. Mas ag\u00eancias de an\u00e1lise citam outro dado preocupante: o n\u00famero de horas assistidas, calculado na m\u00e9dia mundial sobre cada assinante, caiu de 66 em 2023 para 49 no primeiro semestre de 2026.
