O t\u00edtulo era mesmo chamativo: \u201c<strong>O que significa uma Casa Inteligente em 2026?<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O autor, Jason Turner, \u00e9 CEO de uma fabricante de cortinas e persianas motorizadas e, por isso, defende que esses dois itens s\u00e3o cada vez mais importantes para definir uma casa \u201cverdadeiramente\u201d inteligente. Segundo Turner, o mercado americano atual se divide entre usu\u00e1rios que\u00a0<strong>compram uma Alexa e j\u00e1 acham que isso \u00e9 automa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>; e outros que imaginam uma casa luxuosa em que tudo (luzes, temperatura, seguran\u00e7a\u2026) se ajusta automaticamente. Logicamente, os primeiros s\u00e3o maioria, para quem\u00a0<strong>a segunda op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 simplesmente inating\u00edvel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mas o mercado, de fato, explica Turner, est\u00e1 no meio termo. E a\u00ed \u00e9 que talvez os profissionais da \u00e1rea (e muitos fabricantes) estejam perdendo oportunidades. A (auto)cr\u00edtica \u00e9 importante, a meu ver, porque se aplica\u00a0<strong>tanto ao mercado americano quanto ao brasileiro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Uma casa inteligente hoje n\u00e3o \u00e9 aquela em que h\u00e1 dezenas de dispositivos smart. N\u00e3o precisam ser muitos, o importante \u00e9 que\u00a0<strong>funcionem de forma integrada ao dia a dia da fam\u00edlia<\/strong>, sem complica\u00e7\u00f5es. Como diz Turner, \u201ca melhor tecnologia se torna invis\u00edvel quando configurada corretamente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais importante que as apar\u00eancias \u00e9 a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>infraestrutura montada para que o sistema<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>funcione quando for necess\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Com a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das tecnologias e as mudan\u00e7as de estilo de vida, mais importante do que as apar\u00eancias \u00e9 a\u00a0<strong>infraestrutura instalada na casa<\/strong>\u00a0para permitir uma integra\u00e7\u00e3o fluida. Turner acha que automa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 (ou deveria ser) como encanamento, rede el\u00e9trica ou Wi-Fi, que funcionam exatamente quando o consumidor precisa.\u00a0<strong>N\u00e3o tem que ser futurista<\/strong>, e sim\u00a0<em>effortless<\/em>, como se diz em ingl\u00eas: \u201csem esfor\u00e7o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Bem, no caso do Wi-Fi n\u00e3o me arrisco a comparar EUA com Brasil, mas acho que o leitor entendeu o conceito\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Muitos devem se lembrar que h\u00e1 10, 12 anos, quando se tornou mais comum o termo\u00a0<em>smart home<\/em>, os fabricantes destacavam em seus produtos aspectos como\u00a0<strong>controle por aplicativo<\/strong>, pain\u00e9is cheios de \u00edcones e bot\u00f5es com m\u00faltiplas fun\u00e7\u00f5es. Hoje, a forma de acionamento n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o importante, porque os sistemas podem ser configurados para agir quase que por conta pr\u00f3pria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Menos apps, mais automa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cSe o usu\u00e1rio precisa ficar abrindo apps ao longo do dia na sua \u2018casa inteligente\u2019, \u00e9 porque est\u00e1 faltando alguma coisa\u201d, resume o autor. De fato, minha experi\u00eancia pessoal acionando dispositivos a partir do celular tem sido p\u00e9ssima, at\u00e9 porque\u00a0<strong>meu celular j\u00e1 anda bem ocupado com v\u00e1rias outras atividades<\/strong>. Os sistemas de automa\u00e7\u00e3o mais eficientes, independente de seu porte, se ajustam \u00e0s rotinas da casa. Mais do que isso,\u00a0<strong>aprendem com o uso cont\u00ednuo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Os sistemas mais populares \u2013\u00a0<strong>Amazon Alexa, Google Home<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>Apple HomeKit<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 atuam como centrais coordenando a\u00e7\u00f5es entre os dispositivos integrados, embora tenham\u00a0<strong>poderes limitados<\/strong>. Na pr\u00e1tica, servem como \u201ccomplementos\u201d dos sistemas de automa\u00e7\u00e3o considerados high-end, como\u00a0<strong>Savant, Crestron, Control4<\/strong>\u00a0e outros.<\/p>\n<p>Estes carregam a parte mais complexa da infraestrutura.
