Com isso, unem-se duas das marcas mais tradicionais da hist\u00f3ria do cinema, deixando de fora a Netflix, que at\u00e9 a semana passada era a favorita para adquirir a WBD.<\/p>\n<p>Em dezembro, a Warner havia fechado acordo com a Netflix, que pagaria US$ 72 bilh\u00f5es pelo controle das divis\u00f5es de cinema e streaming da WBD (Warner, HBO e Discovery), al\u00e9m de franquias como\u00a0<b>Superman<\/b>\u00a0e\u00a0<b>Harry Potter<\/b>.<\/p><div class=\"homet-conteudo\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"homet-3960639018\"><div data-cfpa=\"36066\" data-cfpw=\"36066\" id=\"homet-2544396952\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/loja.sommaior.com.br\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px.jpg\" alt=\"\"  class=\"no-lazyload\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\"   \/><\/a><\/div><script type=\"text\/javascript\">;new advadsCfpAd( 36066 );<\/script><\/div>\n<p>Dias depois, a Skydance Paramount entrou com uma \u201coferta hostil\u201d para compra de todas as divis\u00f5es do grupo WBD, que inclui redes de televis\u00e3o como TNT, CNN, TBS e Food Network (a Netflix n\u00e3o tinha interesse por essas propriedades).<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s v\u00e1rias negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, esta semana finalmente a Skydance confirmou uma proposta de US$ 81 bilh\u00f5es, e a Netflix comunicou oficialmente que estava desistindo do neg\u00f3cio. \u201cPara n\u00f3s, n\u00e3o \u00e9 um valor financeiramente atraente\u201d, disseram os dois CEOs da Netflix, Greg Peters e Ted Sarandos. \u201cEssa transa\u00e7\u00e3o era interessante pelo pre\u00e7o justo, n\u00e3o um caso de ter que comprar a qualquer pre\u00e7o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Fundada em 2006 pelo bilion\u00e1rio David Ellison, filho de Larry Ellison, dono da Oracle, a Skydance adquiriu a Paramount em agosto do ano passado.
