Nem mesmo para os outros apartamentos do edif\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>Isso \u00e9 resultado de um minucioso projeto ac\u00fastico, que envolveu os dois andares da cobertura, incluindo a \u00e1rea externa (com piscina). O propriet\u00e1rio, que mora sozinho e adora dar festas para os amigos, n\u00e3o quis correr o risco de multas nem de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dos vizinhos: contratou uma empresa altamente especializada para projetar e instalar solu\u00e7\u00f5es ac\u00fasticas de primeira linha.<\/p><div class=\"homet-conteudo\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"homet-3796774011\"><div data-cfpa=\"36066\" data-cfpw=\"36066\" id=\"homet-113444706\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/loja.sommaior.com.br\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px.jpg\" alt=\"\"  class=\"no-lazyload\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\"   \/><\/a><\/div><script type=\"text\/javascript\">;new advadsCfpAd( 36066 );<\/script><\/div>\n<p>\u201cAs festas ali chegam a gerar volumes da ordem de 110dB\u201d, diz Raquel Rossato, vice-presidente da Giner, empresa fundada em 1998 pelo engenheiro e consultor Jos\u00e9 Carlos Giner, que realiza projetos ac\u00fasticos para empresas e resid\u00eancias. \u201cUtilizamos diversos tipos de materiais e, ap\u00f3s muitos testes no local, conseguimos isolar acusticamente o apartamento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pisos flutuantes, paredes duplas <\/strong><strong>e software de simula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A an\u00e1lise inicial dos dois andares concluiu que para isolamento completo seria necess\u00e1rio revestir todos os ambientes da cobertura \u2013 pisos, tetos e paredes. Para cada caso, a Giner desenvolveu solu\u00e7\u00f5es como piso flutuante, paredes e esquadrias duplas, al\u00e9m de isolar tamb\u00e9m o fosso do elevador.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTemos um software de simula\u00e7\u00e3o que calcula como preencher cada ambiente e quantos decibels podem passar para os outros c\u00f4modos\u201d, explica Raquel, que \u00e9 engenheira ac\u00fastica. \u201cCom base no volume do espa\u00e7o, o software indica a press\u00e3o sonora m\u00e1xima e o desempenho ac\u00fastico das lajes, paredes etc\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Esses c\u00e1lculos definiram a necessidade de v\u00e1rias camadas de gesso, com densidades vari\u00e1veis, nos forros de teto. J\u00e1 nos pisos, a primeira provid\u00eancia foi retirar o acabamento existente, deixando o contra-piso liso e sem sali\u00eancias. Em seguida, calcula-se a carga que vai sobre o piso, incluindo m\u00f3veis e a quantidade prevista de pessoas que, numa festa por exemplo, estar\u00e3o pulando e dan\u00e7ando.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>At\u00e9 a escadas do pr\u00e9dio foram isoladas acusticamente<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cComo as festas s\u00e3o a atividade preferida do cliente, foi contratado um \u2018DJ residente\u2019 que nos ajudou na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto\u201d, conta Raquel. \u201cPrecis\u00e1vamos saber que n\u00edvel de press\u00e3o sonora seria atingido nesses eventos, para definir os materiais ac\u00fasticos em cada ponto. At\u00e9 as escadas entre os dois andares da cobertura tiveram que ser isoladas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nas paredes, um problema comum em resid\u00eancias \u00e9 a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o quando se tem som em volume muito alto. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o da Giner foi aplicar material antivibr\u00e1tico em todos os c\u00f4modos, revestindo depois as paredes com acabamentos da escolha do cliente, diz a engenheira Raquel. \u201cTodos os materiais ac\u00fasticos que usamos ficam ocultos, com pain\u00e9is absorventes de tecido e \u2018armadilhas de graves\u2019 (<em>bass traps<\/em>) nos cantos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Outra preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o foi com portas e janelas. Nas divis\u00f3rias entre os c\u00f4modos, foram instaladas portas de correr adicionais, dobrando assim a veda\u00e7\u00e3o. E, al\u00e9m dos caixilhos instalados pela construtora no lado externo do pr\u00e9dio, a Giner projeto e instalou outros, de material ac\u00fastico, nas partes internas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Vidro especial, para atender as normas t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Finalmente, o grande desafio foi realizar o fechamento completo da \u00e1rea externa da cobertura, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 usada durante as festas. Segundo Raquel, nesses casos a Giner tem por norma obedecer a Lei de Zoneamento, que em S\u00e3o Paulo \u00e9 muito r\u00edgida nos Jardins, bairro onde fica o pr\u00e9dio. Para edifica\u00e7\u00f5es que produzem ru\u00eddos, segue a Norma BNR-10152, da ABNT (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Normas T\u00e9cnicas).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFoi usado um vidro especialmente dimensionado para o local, com espessura e veda\u00e7\u00f5es calculadas em conjunto com as esquadrias\u201d, conta ela. \u201cO vidro \u00e9 retr\u00e1til, pode ser aberto quando n\u00e3o h\u00e1 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ru\u00eddo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Na noite de estreia da cobertura, o propriet\u00e1rio contratou show com o DJ Alok, que animou a festa at\u00e9 alta madrugada. \u201cAt\u00e9 hoje n\u00e3o tivemos nenhuma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o dos vizinhos\u201d, diz a engenheira Raquel. \u201cCasos como esse provam como \u00e9 importante considerar a ac\u00fastica dos ambientes desde a concep\u00e7\u00e3o arquitet\u00f4nica.
