Os dispositivos se comunicam entre si, em redes mesh (\u201cmalha\u201d, em ingl\u00eas), que permitem acionamento mais r\u00e1pido e podem ser ampliadas aos poucos, racionalizando os custos de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Algumas fun\u00e7\u00f5es da Casa Inteligente podem, sim, incluir dispositivos Wi-Fi utilizando a conex\u00e3o de banda larga da resid\u00eancia. Mas essa conex\u00e3o \u00e9 inst\u00e1vel, e pode ficar sobrecarregada se na casa j\u00e1 houver muitos aparelhos usando Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n<p>Todos esses fatores devem ser analisados cuidadosamente antes de se adquirir os produtos que tornar\u00e3o a casa \u201cinteligente\u201d.
