Antes de escolher, verifique a especifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos canais de \u00e1udio. Atmos exige pelo menos dois canais a\u00e9reos, representados por um terceiro algarismo na descri\u00e7\u00e3o: 5.1.2, 7.1.2, 9.2.2 e assim por diante. E essas caixas s\u00e3o muito mais eficientes que os falantes de uma TV. A instala\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 mais simples: um \u00fanico cabo HDMI liga a soundbar \u00e0 TV, que pode ficar com o volume no n\u00edvel m\u00ednimo. Todos os sons passam a ser emitidos pela soundbar, que possui um processador Atmos interno. No entanto, tecnicamente \u00e9 uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o bem mais limitada. O processador utiliza software para fazer uma \u201csimula\u00e7\u00e3o de imers\u00e3o\u201d, refletindo os sons no teto e nas paredes.
