A empresa, que nos \u00faltimos anos vem operando somente com os sistemas de sat\u00e9lite (DTH) e TV pela internet (IPTV), foi adquirida pela Mileto Tecnologia, startup criada em 2024 por um grupo de executivos do setor de telecom.<\/p>\n<p>No leil\u00e3o judicial para venda da Oi TV, a Mileto foi a \u00fanica competidora, com proposta de R$ 30 milh\u00f5es a serem pagos em at\u00e9 dois anos. O executivo Roberto Guenzburger, presidente da Mileto, j\u00e1 foi VP da Oi.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo ele, a prioridade \u00e9 manter em opera\u00e7\u00e3o os servi\u00e7os da OI TV, que atualmente conta com 600 mil clientes e 4 milh\u00f5es de antenas em v\u00e1rios estados.
