Mas, para valorizar o im\u00f3vel e proporcionar mais conforto aos locat\u00e1rios, o dono da casa decidiu investir em alta tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o dois sistemas completos de home theater e recursos de automa\u00e7\u00e3o que se espalham por todos os ambientes. Uma das solu\u00e7\u00f5es, extremamente \u00fatil para os h\u00f3spedes, \u00e9 o aquecimento central com sensores que regulam a temperatura do piso.
