Essa \u00e9 a principal conclus\u00e3o da nova pesquisa GfK sobre o comportamento do consumidor brasileiro, que analisou os n\u00fameros tanto nas lojas tradicionais quanto no e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p>As lojas online foram o destaque do ano, com crescimento de 23,5% contra queda de 0,4% do varejo f\u00edsico. Entre as categorias analisadas pela pesquisa, o item Inform\u00e1tica foi o que vendeu mais: 24,6% de crescimento sobre 2020, seguido por Linha Branca (12,5%) e Port\u00e1teis (12,3%).<\/p><div class=\"homet-conteudo\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"homet-419553230\"><div data-cfpa=\"36066\" data-cfpw=\"36066\" id=\"homet-1900573900\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/loja.sommaior.com.br\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px.jpg\" alt=\"\"  class=\"no-lazyload\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\"   \/><\/a><\/div><script type=\"text\/javascript\">;new advadsCfpAd( 36066 );<\/script><\/div>\n<p>A pesquisa aponta tamb\u00e9m os dados de volume de vendas (por unidade), em que o mercado caiu 6% sobre o registrado em 2020. Em quantidade de itens vendidos, o varejo online cresceu 13,5%, mas isso n\u00e3o foi suficiente para ampliar o volume do setor como um todo, j\u00e1 que a queda nas lojas f\u00edsicas foi de 16,1%.<\/p>\n<p>Na categoria Eletr\u00f4nicos (que inclui TVs e aparelhos de \u00e1udio), o volume de vendas em 2021 caiu 15%, sendo 21,7% no varejo tradicional e 3,5% no online. J\u00e1 o faturamento das lojas virtuais aumentou 10,4%, enquanto nas f\u00edsicas caiu 7,4%, resultando numa queda geral de 0,9% no ano.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o diretor de varejo da GfK, Fernando Baialuna, a explica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que, em 2020 (in\u00edcio da pandemia), o consumidor brasileiro investiu mais no lar como local para trabalhar, estudar e se divertir: \u201cEle foi em busca de se equipar para dar conta dessa mudan\u00e7a, e manteve o objetivo em 2021, s\u00f3 que em menor escala, com foco itens menores como os port\u00e1teis\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Outro detalhe indicado pela pesquisa: cresceram muito as vendas de monitores em 2021: 76,9% de aumento no faturamento e 44,8% na quantidade.
