Tendo isso bem claro, no entanto, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel extrair aprendizados que nos ajudem a moldar os pr\u00f3ximos passos.<\/p>\n<p>Falando especificamente do segmento de automa\u00e7\u00e3o residencial (e predial, j\u00e1 que ambos est\u00e3o cada vez mais integrados), t\u00eam sa\u00eddo alguns estudos que apontam para o futuro com otimismo. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que o segmento crescer\u00e1 10% ao ano at\u00e9 2025 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/2021\/10\/05\/pesquisa-mundial-indica-crescimento-do-mercado-smart-home\/\"><strong>mais detalhes aqui<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Esta semana, o excelente site CE Pro divulgou outro estudo \u2013 este focado no mercado americano \u2013 que mostra como os produtos smart est\u00e3o penetrando nas classes de m\u00e9dia e at\u00e9 baixa renda. Calma! Como tudo que se refere aos EUA, \u00e9 preciso cuidado com esse tipo de an\u00e1lise. \u201cBaixa renda\u201d, l\u00e1, indica pessoas que ganham menos de US$ 75.000 por ano. Numa conta de padaria, isso d\u00e1 cerca de R$ 35.000 por m\u00eas. No Brasil da infla\u00e7\u00e3o a 12% e gasolina a R$ 7, quantas pessoas voc\u00ea conhece que t\u00eam essa renda?<\/p>\n<p>Desconsiderando as diferen\u00e7as entre os dois pa\u00edses, \u00e9 importante destacar que a pesquisa\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cepro.com\/news\/smart-home-market-expands-lower-income-households\/?utm_source=email&amp;utm_medium=mc&amp;utm_campaign=194818\"><strong>Shifting Smart Home Buyer Personas<\/strong><\/a>, apresentada pelo site, avalia o impacto dos produtos smart de baixo custo no est\u00edmulo ao uso de mais recursos automatizados. O objetivo do estudo era justamente ir al\u00e9m do p\u00fablico que j\u00e1 consome muita tecnologia e que, por isso, est\u00e1 mais propenso a investir em automa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos achados que \u00e9 mais pessoas est\u00e3o tomando contato com essas tecnologias porque aumentou expressivamente o n\u00famero de pontos de venda. Isso inclui os chamados\u00a0<em>home centers<\/em>, como Ikea, Home Depot e Lowe\u2019s, equivalentes aos nossos Leroy Merlin, C&amp;C e TelhaNorte, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Importante: essas grandes redes est\u00e3o montando equipes de vendedores e demonstradores especializados em produtos eletr\u00f4nicos smart.
