Por US$ 23,7 milh\u00f5es, o grupo comprou a f\u00e1brica da Sharp no M\u00e9xico e passou a ter os direitos sobre a marca nas duas regi\u00f5es. Fundada em 1912, a Sharp \u00e9 um dos maiores fabricantes de TVs do Jap\u00e3o, mas como suas concorrentes vem sofrendo seguidos preju\u00edzos no mercado internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Junto com o an\u00fancio do acordo, a Sharp Corporation divulgou comunicado anunciando que est\u00e1 saindo do mercado de TVs nas Am\u00e9ricas. Com sede em Osaka, a empresa que \u00e9 considerada \u201cinventora\u201d dos displays LCD perdeu terreno nos \u00faltimos anos ao deixar de ser a fornecedora exclusiva dos displays para a Apple. O balan\u00e7o do segundo trimestre (abril-junho) apontou preju\u00edzo de US$ 231 milh\u00f5es, contra lucro de US$ 37 milh\u00f5es no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2014.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>O acordo com a HiSense, que entra em vigor a partir de janeiro pr\u00f3ximo, n\u00e3o inclui outras linhas de aparelhos produzidas pela Sharp al\u00e9m dos TVs Aquos, de uso dom\u00e9stico. O grupo anunciou que continuar\u00e1 fabricando e comercializando suas copiadoras e eletrodom\u00e9sticos, al\u00e9m de displays para uso corporativo. No Brasil, a empresa mant\u00e9m em linha\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sharpbr.net\/produtos-comerciais\/monitores_Aquos.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">tr\u00eas modelos de TV, de 70, 80 e 90 polegadas<\/a>, com distribui\u00e7\u00e3o pela\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.disac.com.br\/sharp\/\" target=\"_blank\">Disac<\/a>\u00a0(clique\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/revistahometheater.uol.com.br\/site\/tec_testes_02.php?id_lista_foto=495\" target=\"_blank\">aqui<\/a>\u00a0para ver o teste de um deles).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Com sede em Qangdao, o grupo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/global.hisense.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">HiSense<\/a>\u00a0foi fundado em 1969 pelo governo chin\u00eas e \u00e9 hoje um dos maiores da China.
