Embora seja espec\u00edfico do mercado americano, o material traz bons\u00a0<em>insights<\/em>\u00a0sobre como est\u00e1 mudando o comportamento dos consumidores p\u00f3s-pandemia e os reflexos dessas mudan\u00e7as para o setor de tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira constata\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que, apesar da enorme quantidade de dispositivos lan\u00e7ados no mercado, o conceito smart home ainda \u00e9 \u2013 e continuar\u00e1 sendo por alguns anos \u2013 um nicho. Est\u00e1 crescendo expressivamente, mas dentro do segmento luxo, que pode pagar por um projeto \u201cverdadeiro\u201d de automa\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, os canais de vendas s\u00e3o fragmentados, desde uma loja especializada em eletr\u00f4nicos num shopping de alto padr\u00e3o at\u00e9 pequenos com\u00e9rcios da periferia, lojas de material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o etc.<\/p><div class=\"homet-conteudo\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"homet-3459408347\"><div data-cfpa=\"36066\" data-cfpw=\"36066\" id=\"homet-3152744555\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/loja.sommaior.com.br\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px.jpg\" alt=\"\"  class=\"no-lazyload\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\"   \/><\/a><\/div><script type=\"text\/javascript\">;new advadsCfpAd( 36066 );<\/script><\/div>\n<p>O estudo da Parks revela que, nos EUA, 34% das fam\u00edlias possuem pelo menos um dispositivo de casa inteligente, que pode ser uma l\u00e2mpada smart, uma fechadura eletr\u00f4nica ou uma caixinha Alexa. Uma resid\u00eancia definida como smart possui, em m\u00e9dia, 7,4 dispositivos; e seus moradores utilizam \u2013 tamb\u00e9m na m\u00e9dia \u2013 13 dispositivos conectados: TVs smart, smartphone, laptop e, em menor escala, eletrodom\u00e9sticos, c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a e aparelhos para controle de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Considerando que a ideia de \u201ccasa conectada\u201d, ou \u201ccasa inteligente\u201d, j\u00e1 sustenta o mercado nos EUA h\u00e1 pelo menos dez anos, esses n\u00fameros podem ser tomados como tend\u00eancia para mercados emergentes como o Brasil. L\u00e1, como aqui, s\u00e3o v\u00e1lidas algumas estimativas dos analistas da Parks, como a de que o consumidor ser\u00e1 cada vez mais impulsionado pela conectividade e os servi\u00e7os m\u00f3veis, incluindo o uso massivo de apps e assistentes de voz.<\/p>\n<p>Agora, as revela\u00e7\u00f5es mais interessantes do estudo. Com a pandemia, as pessoas buscam ser mais independentes dentro de casa, sentimento que tende a ganhar import\u00e2ncia com a idade. Entra aqui a uni\u00e3o entre tecnologia, seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade, mas n\u00e3o apenas no formato que j\u00e1 conhecemos (alarmes, monitoramento remoto, medidores card\u00edacos etc). Um de cada quatro entrevistados pela Parks, entre moradores de resid\u00eancias com banda larga, disseram-se preocupados com a qualidade do ar e da \u00e1gua dentro do ambiente dom\u00e9stico.<\/p>\n<p>Isso abre espa\u00e7o para a expans\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os que monitoram o abastecimento na resid\u00eancia, o que naturalmente passa por redes mais robustas para dar conta de tantos dispositivos conectados 24 horas por dia e em tempo real. Outro dado: 64% dos americanos com banda larga usaram algum servi\u00e7o de tele-sa\u00fade nos \u00faltimos 12 meses (em 2019, foram apenas 15%). E \u2013 de novo, l\u00e1 como aqui \u2013 a pandemia fez subirem as contas de energia el\u00e9trica e, com isso, a busca por solu\u00e7\u00f5es de gerenciamento da eletricidade.<\/p>\n<p>Enfim, h\u00e1 in\u00fameras vari\u00e1veis envolvidas nesse fascinante mercado de smart home.
