Numa escala de 0 a 10, os entrevistados deram nota m\u00e9dia 6,51 \u00e0s operadoras de banda larga, bem abaixo dos demais servi\u00e7os de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a pesquisa, a melhor nota dada pelos usu\u00e1rios foi na telefonia p\u00f3s-paga: 7,49. V\u00eam a seguir a telefona pr\u00e9-paga (7,45), a telefonia fixa (7,36) e a TV por assinatura (7,17). E&nbsp;os picos&nbsp;aumentaram em 50% o volume de tr\u00e1fego, mas de manh\u00e3, \u00e0 tarde e \u00e0 noite.
