A alem\u00e3 Sennheiser, uma das mais tradicionais marcas do mundo em \u00e1udio, anunciou nesta 3a feira que est\u00e1 procurando comprador para sua divis\u00e3o de eletr\u00f4nicos de consumo. Segundo os irm\u00e3os Andreas e Daniel Sennheiser, netos do fundador, a ideia \u00e9 se concentrar nos segmentos de \u00e1udio profissional, mais lucrativos atualmente.<\/div>\n

Em comunicado oficial, eles disseram estar em busca de um parceiro que aceite investir em fones de ouvido e soundbars voltados para o consumidor final para aumentar a visibilidade da marca. \u201cNossos produtos s\u00e3o sin\u00f4nimos de alta qualidade e uma experi\u00eancia \u00fanica de \u00e1udio\u201d, diz o comunicado. \u201cJuntos com um parceiro, queremos ampliar esse potencial para explorar as novas oportunidades do mercado\u201d.<\/div>\n

Fundada em 1945, a Sennheiser sempre foi refer\u00eancia para usu\u00e1rios e profissionais de \u00e1udio. No entanto, a \u00e1rea consumer vem colhendo preju\u00edzos devido \u00e0 competi\u00e7\u00e3o de fabricantes asi\u00e1ticos. No ano passado, enquanto o mercado como um todo cresceu 27%, a marca alem\u00e3 teve expans\u00e3o de apenas 4%.  <\/div>\n

Segundo os irm\u00e3os, o grupo vem sendo preparado para sair do mercado popular, concentrando-se em suas outras tr\u00eas divis\u00f5es: Pro Audio (que inclui solu\u00e7\u00f5es para cinema, televis\u00e3o e est\u00fadios), Business Communications (instala\u00e7\u00f5es empresariais e industriais) e Neuman (marca premium de componentes para fones e microfones).<\/div>\n
