No entanto, poucas horas depois de colocar o produto em seu site, inclusive com pre\u00e7o e especifica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas, a empresa retirou a oferta do ar, sem maiores explica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgora voc\u00ea pode ter acesso aos melhores filmes, s\u00e9ries, canais de TV e apps de streaming em um s\u00f3 lugar\u201d, dizia a chamada do Claro Box TV, que s\u00f3 pode ser adquirido pelo site da operadora. \u00c9 cobrada uma taxa de ades\u00e3o de R$ 250 para quem n\u00e3o \u00e9 assinante da Claro (estes recebem o aparelho gratuitamente, em regime de comodato, e a instala\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser feita pelo pr\u00f3prio cliente).<\/p><div class=\"homet-conteudo\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"homet-3754890194\"><div data-cfpa=\"36066\" data-cfpw=\"36066\" id=\"homet-3604007450\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/loja.sommaior.com.br\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px.jpg\" alt=\"\"  class=\"no-lazyload\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\"   \/><\/a><\/div><script type=\"text\/javascript\">;new advadsCfpAd( 36066 );<\/script><\/div>\n<p>A assinatura do Claro Box TV come\u00e7ou a ser oferecida com mensalidades de R$ 20 no plano que inclui os canais de TV aberta (SP e RJ) e acesso aos servi\u00e7os Now e Claro Video. Outra op\u00e7\u00e3o, de R$ 49,90, acrescenta 50 canais de TV paga &#8211; a empresa n\u00e3o informou quais canais seriam esses.<\/p>\n<p>Pelo que foi divulgado no site da operadora (e depois tirado do ar), a caixa de streaming da Claro d\u00e1 acesso aos servi\u00e7os Netflix, HBO, Fox, Looke, Paramount+, Starzplay, DogTV e Claro M\u00fasica; o usu\u00e1rio precisa ter assinatura de cada um desses servi\u00e7os. Os canais da Globo n\u00e3o foram inclu\u00eddos porque a Claro ainda negocia com a emissora carioca.<\/p>\n<p>O Claro Box TV pode ser ligado diretamente \u00e0 rede de banda larga (que n\u00e3o precisa ser da Claro) e permite comandos de voz pelo controle remoto. A caixinha \u00e9 compat\u00edvel com sinal 4K e possui gravador que armazena os programas por at\u00e9 uma semana, podendo ser transportada para uso em qualquer local com rede de banda larga.
