A operadora Oi decidiu vender sua empresa de TV por assinatura via sat\u00e9lite (DTH) e investir numa nova unidade, chamada TVCo., para atuar no segmento de TV via internet (IPTV). O grupo, que tem d\u00edvida estimada em R$ 20 bilh\u00f5es (veja aqui os detalhes), est\u00e1 em recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial e negocia com seus credores desde o ano passado.<\/p>\n

Nesta quinta-feira, o grupo divulgou nota informando que, ap\u00f3s conversas com os bancos credores e com \u201cpotenciais investidores\u201d, estuda formar a nova empresa compartilhando as receitas com o novo propriet\u00e1rio. O valor do neg\u00f3cio foi estimado em R$ 20 milh\u00f5es. A Oi TV tem hoje cerca de 1,48 milh\u00e3o de clientes, quase todos na modalidade DTH. \u00c9 uma das poucas operadoras que v\u00eam conseguindo manter sua base desde 2017, apesar da recess\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica, segundo os dados da Anatel<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A nova empresa aproveitaria a rede de fibra \u00f3ptica do grupo para investir em mais servi\u00e7os digitais al\u00e9m de TV. Al\u00e9m de pagar R$ 20 milh\u00f5es \u00e0 vista, o grupo interessado em ficar com a TVCo. teria que assumir toda a d\u00edvida da Oi TV (valor n\u00e3o divulgado) e compartilhar com o grupo Oi 50% da receita l\u00edquida da nova opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

As negocia\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o sendo acompanhadas pelo BNDES, maior credor do grupo, e pela Anatel, que ter\u00e1 de autorizar qualquer novo neg\u00f3cio. Suas tr\u00eas maiores concorrentes – Claro, Vivo e Tim – apresentaram proposta de compra da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de celular do grupo, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 pretendida pelo cons\u00f3rcio americano Highline (veja aqui<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n
