Com crescimento de 20% em 2018, atingindo a incr\u00edvel marca de 860 milh\u00f5es de unidades vendidas, tem tudo para chegar a 2,3 bilh\u00f5es em 2023, de acordo com estimativas da Futuresource Consulting.<\/p>\n<p>O principal territ\u00f3rio atualmente \u00e9 a \u00c1sia, com fabricantes chineses como Alibaba e Baidu conquistando fatias de mercado substanciais. Ao mesmo tempo, Amazon, Apple, Google e Microsoft j\u00e1 se estabeleceram em outras regi\u00f5es, e a partir de agora come\u00e7am a oferecer suporte a idiomas diferentes do ingl\u00eas, o que far\u00e1 aumentar ainda mais seu market-share.<\/p><div class=\"homet-conteudo\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"homet-2418338607\"><div data-cfpa=\"36066\" data-cfpw=\"36066\" id=\"homet-3710288441\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/loja.sommaior.com.br\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ABBEY-ROAD_360x300px.jpg\" alt=\"\"  class=\"no-lazyload\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\"   \/><\/a><\/div><script type=\"text\/javascript\">;new advadsCfpAd( 36066 );<\/script><\/div>\n<p>O territ\u00f3rio que chamamos EMEA (Europa, \u00c1frica e Oriente M\u00e9dio) \u00e9 um caso not\u00e1vel, com popula\u00e7\u00f5es que demanda assistentes virtuais falando uma infinidade de idiomas e oferecendo recursos diversos.<\/p>\n<p>Analisando as plataformas, observamos que na primeira metade de 2019 o DuerOS, sistema operacional da Baidu, foi a que apresentou maior crescimento, subindo de 12% para 21% das vendas mundiais. Curiosamente, Google Assistant e<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hometheater.com.br\/portal\/2019\/10\/03\/amazon-lanca-oficialmente-assistente-alexa-em-portugues\/\">Amazon Alexa<\/a> <\/strong>ficaram com apenas 8% e 4%, respectivamente, embora aumentando sua penetra\u00e7\u00e3o em dispositivos Android.<\/p>\n<p>Uma decis\u00e3o crucial para as marcas de assistentes virtuais \u00e9 focar nos seus produtos pr\u00f3prios, essencialmente caixas ac\u00fasticas sem fio (smart speakers), ou em estrat\u00e9gias de parceria com fabricantes tradicionais de equipamentos.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A escolha depende da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e tamb\u00e9m da possibilidade de obter valor com o uso dos dados coletados a partir dos VAs embutidos em outros aparelhos.<\/p>\n<p>A maioria dos fornecedores de assistentes virtuais por enquanto vem optando pelas parcerias, em que TVs, soundbars e outros dispositivos podem ser comandados por voz ao agregarem um assistente. A grande vantagem para fabricantes de hardware \u00e9 poderem participar desse ecossistema sem ter que investir em Intelig\u00eancia Artificial (AI) nem tecnologias de nuvem (cloud).<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Itens de automa\u00e7\u00e3o devem crescer 37%<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Para al\u00e9m dos smartphones e das caixas smart, segmentos como automa\u00e7\u00e3o residencial e ve\u00edculos s\u00e3o hoje os de maior potencial para os assistentes virtuais. No entanto, esse vigoroso crescimento n\u00e3o podetr\u00e1 ser sustentado. Os pr\u00f3ximos anos ser\u00e3o de desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o em toda a cadeia de automa\u00e7\u00e3o residencial.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda assim, ao analisarmos as sub-categorias em que se divide esse setor, verificamos que algumas t\u00eam melhores perspectivas, casos dos sistemas inteligentes de gerenciamento de energia, fechaduras eletr\u00f4nicas e v\u00eddeo-porteiros.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar da tend\u00eancia geral, o segmento smart home continuar\u00e1 crescendo mais do que a maioria dos demais dentro do mercado de eletr\u00f4nicos de consumo. Nossa previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de aumento m\u00e9dio em torno de 22% ao ano entre 2019 e 2023. Mercados mais maduros, como Am\u00e9rica do Norte, devem crescer menos (13% por ano), enquanto na Europa Oriental \u00e9 esperado algo como 30%.
