Os est\u00fadios Disney, Paramount, NBC Universal, Sony, Fox e Warner foram denunciados oficialmente por licenciamento ilegal de conte\u00fados no continente. Tamb\u00e9m foi citada a operadora de TV paga Sky, do Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p>Formalmente, a den\u00fancia \u00e9 de que as seis produtoras obrigaram a Sky a n\u00e3o exibir filmes fora da Gr\u00e3-Bretanha, incluindo cl\u00e1usulas restritivas em contratos. Os investigadores da UE informaram que as empresas fizeram acordos ilegais para impedir a exibi\u00e7\u00e3o de filmes em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses, via redes de cabo, sat\u00e9lite e servi\u00e7os de internet. NBC e Warner informaram que ir\u00e3o colaborar com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOs consumidores europeus querem ser livres para assistir a seus conte\u00fados preferidos em qualquer pa\u00eds do continente, mesmo quando est\u00e3o viajando\u201d, afirmou a diretora antitruste da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, Margrethe Vestager (foto). \u201cPelas nossas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, atualmente eles est\u00e3o impedidos de fazer isso\u201d. Nos \u00faltimos dois anos, as autoridades do continente v\u00eam refor\u00e7ando os controles sobre grupos de m\u00eddia acusados de pr\u00e1ticas anticompetitivas, casos de Google e Apple.<\/p>\n<p>As regras da UE obrigam as empresas a negociar livremente com operadoras de cada pa\u00eds.
